Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our hotel sales team. The ideal candidate will assist in driving revenue by managing client communications, coordinating group bookings, and supporting sales initiatives across multiple brands including Hilton, Marriott, and IHG. This role is perfect for someone with strong administrative skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Team with daily administrative tasks and client follow-up
- Manage incoming sales inquiries, leads, and group bookings
- Respond to RFPs through platforms such as Cvent, MeetingBroker, and other lead systems
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and group resumes
- Maintain and update CRM, PMS, and sales systems
- Coordinate site visits, client meetings, and hotel tours
- Communicate with internal departments to ensure successful execution of group events
- Track sales activity, bookings, and generate reports
- Support revenue management efforts by monitoring group blocks and pickup
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely responses to all client communications
Qualifications:
- Previous hotel sales, front office, or hospitality experience preferred
- Experience with Hilton, Marriott, or IHG systems is a strong plus
- Familiarity with Cvent, EventConnect, MeetingBroker, or similar platforms preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of PMS, CRS, and channel management systems
- Understanding of hotel revenue management and group sales processes
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
