Liner & Pool Installation Assistant – Sandollar Spa & Pool
Sandollar Spa & Pool is seeking a dependable, hardworking Liner & Pool Installation Helper to support our installation crews during the busy season. This position assists with in‑ground and above‑ground liner installations, pool assembly, site preparation, and general service tasks. No prior experience is required — just a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and the ability to work well on a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with measuring, removing, and installing vinyl pool liners
- Support the setup and installation of above‑ground pools
- Help prepare job sites, including draining, cleaning, leveling, and debris removal
- Carry, lift, and move materials, tools, and equipment throughout the workday
- Assist with pool openings, closings, and general maintenance tasks
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Communicate professionally with customers on-site
- Perform additional tasks as directed by the lead installer or service technician
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn hands-on skills
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor is helpful but not required

- Full‑time seasonal position (typically April–September)
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience
