Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and courteously
- Handle guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately using hotel management software
- Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
- Maintain guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring satisfaction throughout their stay
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are prepared and issues are resolved swiftly
- Conduct night audits as needed, balancing accounts and preparing reports for management oversight
- Assistance may be required to walk to and from the destination on the property to assist Guests and perform inspections for customer arrivals, light exercise may require cleaning of the office, and walking up to a city block.
