- Handle guest requests, reservations, and check-outs efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met swiftly.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details using hotel management software.
- Assist with night audit procedures when scheduled, ensuring financial accuracy and reporting compliance.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential.
