Provides technical support to faculty and staff as well as support of campus computer labs. Assist in
answering student IT questions during drop-in hours and in answering the student help desk phone

- Repairs and maintains institutional computers and peripherals.
- Supports, installs, and upgrades hardware.
- Supports, installs and upgrades software using various installation media and network deployment
- Maintains the annual Preventative Maintenance Plan for PCs/printers and performs annual
- Assists with implementation and upgrading images.
- Assists with maintenance and management of PCs, Laptops and other computing devices.
- Identify and remove malware from campus computers.
- Assist in helping students with IT questions during drop-in hours and in answering the student help

- Be seeking or have an associate degree in an information technology related field from an accredited institution.
- Substantial knowledge of personal computers, strong troubleshooting skills and related work experience
- Knowledge of web technologies.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
- The ability to work independently as well as cooperatively with faculty, staff and students.
- Extensive knowledge of standard software applications.
- One year's experience in information technology-related job.
- IT certifications such as CompTIA A , CompTIA Network , Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator
