Summary: Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort is searching for dynamic Banquet Bartenders to join our vibrant team. As a Banquet Bartender, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences within our expansive 90,000 sq ft catering and conference space. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and a desire to contribute to the success of events.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, ensuring their satisfaction with their beverage selections.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with the banquet team to ensure seamless coordination between bar and service.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Stand and move for extended periods.
- Bend, stoop, and reach to perform tasks related to bartending.
