Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience in vacation rentals or hospitality.
• Experience managing a resort similar in size and scope.
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus for diverse communication.
• Tech-savvy with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Deep understanding of hospitality management principles, backed by a proven leadership track record in complex operational environments.

Physical Requirements:

• Primarily indoor role, occasional outdoor participation required.
• Flexibility in movement (sitting, walking, standing) and physical tasks, including bending and lifting objects up to 50 lbs.
• Full sensory capabilities for clear communication, acute hearing, and strong visual acuity.
