We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and detail-oriented Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing clinical team. The ideal candidate is organized, patient-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced pediatric and orthodontic environment. Our RDH plays a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care while ensuring their operatory runs smoothly and efficiently throughout the day.
Job Summary
The Registered Dental Hygienist is responsible for overseeing their operatory, ensuring patient flow is efficient, and providing high-quality preventive and therapeutic dental care. This includes scaling, prophylaxis, radiographs, fluoride and sealant application, charting, treatment planning assistance during exams, administering local anesthesia and patient education.
Education & Licensure Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene
- Current AR State Dental Hygiene License
- Local Anesthesia License
- Nitrous Oxide (N2O) Certification
- Current CPR Certification
