Are you detail-oriented, dependable, and take pride in keeping things clean, safe, and organized? We’re looking for a Central Sterilization Technician to join our incredible Bentonville team!
This is one of the most important roles in our office — the foundation of our patient care and safety. As our Sterilization Technician, you’ll make sure every instrument and piece of equipment is spotless, properly maintained, and ready for use so our clinical team can focus on delivering the best patient experience possible.

Schedule:
Monday – Thursday |7:49 AM – 5:00 PM
Fridays 6:49 AM - 3:00 PM
What You’ll Be Doing
Sterilize and organize all dental instruments and patient care items efficiently and safely.
Operate and maintain sterilization equipment according to manufacturer guidelines.
Open and close sterilization equipment daily.
Keep inventory organized and ensure the clinic is fully stocked with supplies.
Disinfect treatment areas and equipment per OSHA and state requirements.
Maintain accurate sterilization and maintenance logs.
Safely handle and dispose of all biohazard materials.
Support the clinical team and contribute to a positive, team-based atmosphere.
