- 7 years of bookkeeping and office experience
- Experience using QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Valid driver's license

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT AS OUR BOOKKEEPING CLERK?
In this financial position, you keep our HVAC company's finances accurate and on track. In addition to your bookkeeping duties, you also perform a variety of general office tasks. Each day, you generate invoices or receipts, process credit card payments, and submit financing applications. Additionally, you perform deposits, log purchase orders, and generate various reports.
Always ready to jump into any project, you also occasionally write general ledger journal entries and answer incoming calls from customers. You love working alongside your financial team in this rewarding and challenging position as you keep our HVAC company's finances in check!
