Our Lead HVAC Installation Technicians earn a highly competitive salary of $100,000 to $150,000 per year, depending on experience.

WHAT'S REQUIRED?
Here are the requirements for this Lead HVAC Installation Technician role:
- General electrical knowledge
- 3 years of experience working as a lead installation tech for residential and very light commercial HVAC equipment
- EPA certification
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
NATE certification would be a plus but is not required.
Having these traits would also be beneficial:
