You will produce and analyze monthly finance reports, ensuring accurate reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger management. You'll provide cash flow projections, monitor budget performance, and report key finance metrics to the CEO. With a keen eye for efficiency, you'll evaluate and streamline accounting policies, procedures, and controls, ensuring maximum profitability. You'll also manage payroll, oversee AP/AR transactions, conduct vendor negotiations, and lead the collection process. Your role extends beyond numbers-you'll collaborate with business consultants and leadership to refine financial strategies, optimize capital investments, and drive company growth. Advanced credentials such as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) are preferred but not required.
