RMB Products is seeking an Aerospace Workflow Expeditor who works on a team to produce various plastic parts in a manufacturing setting. The employee shall make use of drawings and work instructions to trim and assemble each part to specification. The employee will ensure and verify that each product meets quality standards and exceeds customer expectations. The employee must be reliable, punctual, and able to thrive in a high pace work environment. Overtime may be required for the position.

Job Accountabilities:
- Must read, understand, and follow work orders, work instruction, specifications, etc.
- Utilize manufacturing equipment, i.e., band saw, router, hand tools, etc.
- Operate 3 and 5 Axis CNC machines
- Basic working knowledge of hand tools and manufacturing safety practices
- Ability to use precision measuring tool, i.e., calipers, micrometers, etc.
- Anneal parts using either anneal oven or anneal bath as specified by work order
- Perform quality acceptance checks
- Maintain machine readiness with completion of daily and weekly preventative maintenance forms
- Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws
- Maintain appropriate production and tooling documentation
- Notifies supervisor when problems arise
- Standing: working with machinery for long periods of time
- Sitting: computer work
- Makes optimum use of time and keeps work area clean and neat
- Lifting no more than 50 pounds alone and assisting in team lifts of more than 50 pounds
- Each employee is to fulfill the work schedule, work hours, and productivity expectations of their supervisor and RMB
- An employee is to comply with established standards, policies and laws applicable to our business
- Abides by all the policies, procedures, guidelines of RMB including conformance to good common sense safety practices and regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Specifications:
Education: High School Diploma OR GED equivalent required
Years’ Experience: 0-1 years’ relevant experience
Skills:
- Will have a willingness to learn and improve through on-the-job training
- Ability to understand and follow instructions given out orally and in writing
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and customer provided specifications
- Requires use of cranes, laser cleaning device, pneumatic tools, manual machines, etc.
- Requires shop math, writing, and mechanical skills
- Requires communication skills both written and orally in the English language
- Effectively process change through RMB feedback and reviews
- Requires personal responsibility and accountability meeting workmanship standards with little supervision to complete assignments
- Must maintain the confidentiality of all projects, customers, and RM
- Ability to operate a fork-lift and overhead crane
