ABBA Roller is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Handler to support shipping, receiving, and internal material movement across the facility. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate handling of incoming and outgoing materials, maintaining inventory organization, and supporting production flow.
This position is ideal for individuals with warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing support experience who are detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Shipping & Receiving
- Receive incoming materials and verify quantities against packing slips and purchase orders.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and report discrepancies.
- Prepare and package outgoing shipments to ensure safe and accurate delivery.
- Generate shipping labels and coordinate shipments with carriers (UPS, FedEx, freight, etc.).
- Maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation.
Material Handling & Inventory Support
- Move raw materials, WIP, and finished goods throughout the facility to support production needs.
- Stage materials for production areas based on schedules and priorities.
- Maintain organized storage areas for raw materials and finished goods.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy efforts.
- Ensure proper labeling and identification of materials.
General Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment (if certified).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
- Communicate with production, purchasing, and leadership teams to support operational flow.
- Assist in other areas of the operation as needed.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing support.
- Forklift experience preferred (certification a plus).
Desired Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer skills (ERP systems experience is a plus).
- Ability to read and interpret shipping documents.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility for extended periods.
- Ability to safely operate material handling equipment.

Salary : $19 - $22
