Rubbercraft (RCC) is seeking an Inside Sales Intern who is a current student or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, business development, and customer relationship management. This role supports the sales team in identifying leads, nurturing customer relationships, and helping drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is interested in pursuing a career in sales, marketing, customer success, or business development.RCC is a leading developer and manufacturer of advanced materials and engineered components, specializing in high-value end markets such as commercial aviation, defense aerospace, and industrial applications.Our extensive product portfolio includes elastomeric seals, gaskets, tooling, hoses, ablatives, survivability tiles, coatings and tapes, EMI and thermal shielding, electrically conductive metalized fabrics, and encapsulated O-rings—all designed to meet the most demanding performance requirements in mission-critical applications.This internship is for Spring semester and is expected to run from Monday 1/19/26- Friday 4/17/26 (12 weeks) and will require 20-30 hours of availability per week. Job Responsibilities:Assist the sales team in identifying, researching, and prospecting new clients through outbound calls and email outreach.Support the qualification of leads and help schedule introductory meetings or demos.Update and maintain accurate customer information, activity notes, and pipeline data within the CRM system (Edge).Prepare sales reports, track KPIs, and assist with pipeline and revenue forecasting.Conduct market and competitive research to identify new target industries or growth opportunities.Collaborate with marketing to support campaign follow-up, promotional outreach, and lead-nurturing activities.Participate in team sales meetings and share insights on lead quality, customer engagement, and conversion trends.Support assigned accounts during early engagement stages, with the long-term goal of independently managing accounts.Assist with other sales operations tasks and projects as assigned.Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.Job Specifications:Education: High School Diploma/GED required.
