Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Advanced sales techniques and exceptional customer service
- Respond promptly to all catering inquiries
- Consistently seek and close new business through long-term client relationships
- Lead on-site inspections and outside sales calls to develop leads
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills under pressure
- Implement methods to increase meeting planner evaluation scores
- Maintain complete knowledge of departmental policies and standards
- Positive guest relations at all times
- Represent the hotel to prospective customers, providing necessary information

Qualifications
Prior hotel sales and catering experience required.
