Sand Property Management, LLC is seeking an experienced and dedicated Assistant Property Manager to join our team and oversee operations at three residential communities in Saint Michael, MN. Established in 1991 and headquartered in Waite Park, MN, Sand Property Management, LLC is a leader in residential and commercial property management across the Midwest, with a focus on rental market and affordable housing.
The Assistant Property Manager supports the Property Manager in maximizing the value of the owner’s investment, while balancing the needs of current and prospective residents. They will oversee the day-to-day rental operations and promote a sense of community.
This is a part-time position offering a competitive starting rate of $19.00 per hour. The schedule for this position will be 20-29 hours each week, and may need to be available some evenings and weekends for showings and other property needs.

What You’ll Do:
- Regularly inspect the buildings and grounds
- Assist property manager with the collection of and depositing of all rents
- Answer and return all phone calls in a professional manner daily
- Assist applicants with the move-in process
- Collaborate with the property manager to address tenant concerns and proactively resolve any issues to ensure a positive living experience
What You Bring:
- Strong organization, time management and prioritization skills
- Working knowledge of basic accounting practices
- Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats
- Leasing experience (preferred)
- High school diploma (or similar)
- Property Management Experience (preferred)
- Customer Service Experience (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
