Night Auditor

Cambria Hotel in Rapid City, SD is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. This overnight position combines front desk guest service with daily accounting and audit responsibilities to ensure all hotel transactions are accurate and balanced.

This position must be able to work some weekends and Holidays. We offer competitive pay, bonus eligibility, annual performance based increases, hotel discounts, vacation pay, 401k and benefits to full-time associates after eligibility requirements have been met.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and assist with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
• Audit and balance guest and hotel accounts during the overnight shift.
• Post room charges, process payments, and complete daily financial reports.
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries professionally.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas.
• Assist with breakfast setup, laundry, and other hotel operations as needed.
• Follow all hotel safety, security, and operating procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Previous hotel, front desk, cash handling, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
