About us
We’re real estate developers building something rare - healthy, sustainable residential communities where thoughtful design and strong community come together.

Why this role is different:
Start Remote. Lead Big. You’ll initially work closely with our Director of Product and Construction team remotely, helping drive design coordination, contractor communication, and schedule management.

What You’ll Own
- Support end-to-end management of residential construction - from pre-construction planning through to delivery
- Coordinate across internal product, design, and field teams external vendors and contractors
- Manage construction schedules, RFIs, procurement tracking, and on-site logistics (remotely first, on-site later)

- Develop operational playbooks for future construction rollouts across the US.
What you bring:
-
5–10 years of proven experience successfully managing residential construction projects from start to finish.
-
Hands-on expertise in site coordination, construction sequencing, vendor negotiation, field troubleshooting, and navigating real-world project challenges.

-
Strong communication skills in English — both written and spoken — with the ability to coordinate clearly across teams, vendors, and leadership.
-
Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive — you thrive in a remote environment without the need for hand-holding.
