We are looking for a Janitorial Technician to join our team. Our ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized facility environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break areas, and common spaces
- Refill cleaning and restroom supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of offices, hallways, and production areas
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns to the Facilities Manager
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and compliance procedures
Qualifications:
- Must be 25 years of age or older
- Previous janitorial, custodial, or cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Knowledge of GPP/GMP (Good Production Practices/Good Manufacturing Practices) is a plus
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Flexible schedule and availability for on-call needs (Monday–Sunday)
- Willingness to travel to other Sanctuary Medicinals locations within Florida if needed
- Must be able to pass a Level 2 background check (FBI)
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and safely lift up to 50 lbs
