What are the responsibilities and job description for the Airbnb Cleaning Specialist position at Sanctuary Cleaning Service?
About the Role:
We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our team. You will primarily handle Airbnb turnovers and short-term rental cleanings.
How It Works:
- Work availability will vary week by week
- We will send out open projects, and you can claim the ones you want based on your availability
- Projects are available during daytime hours, 7 days a week
- Locations vary throughout the Black Hills, including:
- Spearfish
- Deadwood
- Sturgis
- Rapid City
- Custer
- Hermosa
- and surrounding areas
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable, self-motivated individuals
- Strong attention to detail (Airbnb cleanings require a high standard!)
- Ability to work independently
- Own transportation to travel between locations
- Prior cleaning experience is a plus but not required—we can train the right person
- Open availability
Responsibilities:
- Clean and reset Airbnb/short-term rental units
- Change linens, restock supplies, and prepare properties for the next guest
- Follow checklists and maintain quality standards
- Communicate when projects are completed
