Job Overview
Looking for experienced cleaners in Spearfish! Are you an existing cleaning contractor looking for high quality rental units? We are have more work than we need and are contracting out some of the extra, while handling all the finer details for you.
- This job is intended for existing cleaning contractor or those familiar with self-employed contract cleaning
- Mostly short term rentals, all in Spearfish
- Work-load varies greatly by season; expect slow and busy periods
- All units are high quality and well cared for. Supplies are provided unless you prefer using your own.
- Pay is highly competitive; cleaners are paid as contractors at a flat rate per job.
- Will be required to work alongside us at the beginning.
- Will be expected to handle units alone, as needed.
- Weekend availability is necessary; most work occurs between 10am-4pm
- Looking for people who take real pride in their work
- Supplies end cleaning equipment are provided
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces in residential homes, hotels, or commercial spaces.
- Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas regularly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and unique methods based on each unique job
Qualifications
- Proven experience in the cleaning industry
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work in various locations in/around Spearfish
- Strong communication skills; prompt responses and the ability to communicate details to the rest of the team; ability to use a smart phone and necessary software
- An eye for fine detail including both cleaning and organizational detail
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending frequently.
- High standards of quality
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, pick up short-notice shifts, and support the team in covering shifts when needed
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
