Through our company’s continued growth and desire to better serve our customers, we are currently seeking an Installer to join our team in St. Cloud, MN. 

The Installer is responsible for installing parts and equipment for the Thermo King dealership.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Install new and used Thermo King equipment by following established processes and procedures
• Ensure each install is consistent with the next and meets the install standard and customer’s needs
• Diagnose issues with re-installed equipment using EDITH diagnostic software
• Perform PM’s such as oil changes and inspections
• Complete work orders with all required information according to service policy
• Communicate effectively with customers

knowledge, education and/or experience:

• Requires a high school diploma or general education diploma (GED)
• Technical degree or certification is a plus

skills:

• Verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Problem solving skills
• Trouble shooting skills

abilities:

• Exhibit a strong mechanical aptitude
• Work with common hand tools as well as scissor lifts and fork lifts
• Work comfortably on a ladder and/or scaffolding

You must have your own set of basic hand tools and toolbox.
