Role Description
The Director of Capital Raising and Investor Relations will lead efforts to secure funding and cultivate relationships with current and potential investors. Responsibilities include creating and implementing capital-raising strategies, developing and managing investor communication plans, preparing financial models, and producing high-impact presentations and press releases. The role requires close collaboration across teams, the ability to analyze market trends, and to articulate SANCIAN’s value proposition effectively to stakeholders. This role is commission-based with competitive percentage on capital successfully raised. Equity consideration available for high-performing, long-term contributors.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Investor Relations and creating compelling press releases
- Strong finance and analytical skills, including the ability to evaluate market trends and performance
- Expertise in creating and interpreting Financial Modeling to guide decision-making
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with investors
- Experience in capital raising, private equity, or venture capital is highly desirable
- Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a relevant field
