About Sanare:
At Sanare, we don’t give people strength — we help them rediscover the spark that’s already theirs.
(Pronounced sah-nah-ray), our work is rooted in the belief that behavioral health care should go beyond routine treatment. People deserve depth, authenticity, and real transformation — and that’s exactly what we strive to deliver every day. We’re building a team of clinicians who show up fully — blending creativity, compassion, and clinical excellence to create meaningful, human-centered care experiences. If you’re passionate about working with youth and want to help redefine what mental health care can be, we’d love
to meet you.
About the Role:
We’re seeking a licensed therapist to join our team in a dynamic role as a Youth IOP Therapist, Program Supervisor, and optional Outpatient Clinician. In this position, you’ll play a key role in delivering structured, skills-based group programming, supporting the growth of our clinical team, and—if desired—building a small outpatient caseload.
This role offers flexibility in structure, with compensation aligned to whether you take on outpatient sessions in addition to IOP, consultation, and supervision responsibilities.
What You'll Do:

- Maintain accurate documentation, treatment plans, and authorizations
- Collaborate with peers and community providers to support client care
Consultation Responsibilities (Core to Role):
- Complete an average of 3 intake/consultation per week tied to IOP programming
- Participate in additional consultation services (~5 consults/week) as part of our consultant role
- Provide availability for client consultations and care coordination
Optional Outpatient Track (Higher Compensation Tier):
- Maintain a small outpatient caseload (~5 sessions/week)
- Ideal for clinicians who enjoy a blend of group and individual work
Leadership & Supervision:
- Serve as a Program Supervisor, leading group supervision for Youth Therapists
- Provide clinical guidance, mentorship, and support to team members
- Help shape and strengthen our youth programming and overall group experience
Schedule & Commitment:
- Full-time structure combining IOP, consultation, supervision, and administrative responsibilities
- Optional outpatient sessions available for those seeking a higher-compensation track
- Includes dedicated time for documentation, collaboration, and team engagement
What You Bring:
- Active license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent)
- Master’s degree in a relevant mental health field
- 2 years post-licensure experience working with youth (ages 9–13)
- Strong engagement skills with adolescents
- Experience with evidence-based modalities (CBT, ACT, play therapy, etc.)
- Strong documentation and treatment planning skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation range based on role structure (IOP consultation supervision vs. adding outpatient services)
- Full-time benefits:
- Medical, Dental, Vision
- PTO
- 401(k)
- $500 CE stipend
- Ongoing clinical, personal, and professional support
- Company laptop
- Financial wellness support (Fin Fit)
