About the Role:
As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in supporting both staff and client care across multiple of our Partial Hospitalization Programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight for clinical staff across at least three programs (adult and adolescent PHP/IOP)
- Support and respond to crisis situations as needed
- Ensure compliance with clinical documentation and regulatory standards (treatment plans, authorizations, discharge summaries, etc.)
- Maintain a small caseload (consultations, individual sessions, etc.)
- Lead daily team huddles and weekly group supervision
- Collaborate closely with psychiatry and interdisciplinary teams
- Conduct chart audits and staff evaluations
- Support day-to-day site needs and operations
- Serve as an ambassador of the Sanare Way, reinforcing clinical excellence and best practices
What You Bring:
- Active clinical license with at least 3 years of experience in higher levels of care
- Prior supervision experience (or a strong passion for mentoring clinicians)
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches
- Strong understanding of clinical documentation and compliance standards
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to provide clear, direct, and constructive feedback
