- Collaborate with parents, guardians, and other educational professionals to communicate student progress, behavioral concerns, or developmental milestones clearly and professionally.
- Maintain detailed records of lesson plans, student assessments, behavior management notes, and classroom activities in compliance with childcare standards.

Qualifications
- Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings; prior preschool experience is highly preferred.

- Demonstrated ability in curriculum development across multiple domains including literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners.
- Classroom management expertise with the ability to create a positive learning environment that supports behavioral expectations.
- Experience with lesson planning, standardized testing tools, tutoring techniques, and teaching physical education activities.
- Familiarity with early childhood education standards and best practices for childcare settings.
