Requirements

- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, literacy education strategies, math instruction techniques, and behavior management practices.
- Experience integrating learning technology into daily lessons to support diverse learning styles.
- Familiarity with special education needs, including working with children with autism or participating in early intervention initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with students, parents, staff, and community partners.
- Ability to develop engaging curriculum content through curriculum development expertise and proofreading skills to ensure clarity and accuracy.
- Demonstrated classroom management skills that promote a positive learning environment while maintaining high standards of discipline.
- Knowledge of standardized testing procedures and experience preparing students for assessments.
- Passion for mentoring students’ social-emotional growth alongside academic achievement; experience in tutoring or after-school programs is a plus.
