What You’ll Do
Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy
Test-drive vehicles and perform diagnostic checks using specialized tools and equipment
Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engines, transmissions, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning
Communicate with Service Advisors regarding any additional service needs and repair timelines
Execute warranty repairs according to manufacturer guidelines
Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to all dealership procedures
What You’ll Bring
2 years of automotive technician experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ford Certification preferred
Previous Experience At a Ford Dealership Preferred
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
Ability to use modern diagnostic and repair equipment
Excellent attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
