Job Overview
Optometry office in San Ramon seeking a front desk/patient coordinator. Must be an energetic, passionate individual willing to work occasional Saturdays. Knowledge of vision plans and medical insurances are a plus but not necessary. Computer skills and excellent customer service skills are a must. Short commute to San Ramon is preferred. Previous experience is preferred but not required.
Duties will include but are not limited to: booking appointments, using electronic health records system, answering phone calls, taking messages, ordering contact lenses, and additional front desk and office duties.
Minimum qualifications:
-Excellent communication skills
-Organized, dependable, and punctual
-Personable and courteous, with a professional attitude and attire
-Basic math and typing skills
-Computer literate
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
