As part of our administrative staff, you will be the main point of contact for patients who call or walk through the door. With a team, you will be responsible for scheduling exams, checking in patients, handling billing and patient records, answering phone calls and emails, addressing patient concerns, and ensuring that our doctors’ day-to-day schedules flow smoothly. You will use software including OfficeMate, ExamWriter, SolutionReach, and Outlook to communicate with patients.
Though your primary responsibilities will involve customer service, you may be asked to assist with other duties during busy periods, including ordering contact lenses and taking preliminary patient measurements.
Meticulous attention to detail, excellent time management ability, critical problem-solving skills, the ability to work with a team, and a commitment to customer service are all essential for this role. We are seeking someone who will always be willing to learn!
