The Wellness Program Liaison is a full-time, on-site position based in San Francisco, CA. The role involves coordinating and implementing wellness initiatives and programs for students and staff, promoting a healthy school climate. Responsibilities include collaborating with school staff and community partners, supporting the development of health and wellness strategies, providing resource referrals, and serving as a point of contact for wellness-related inquiries. Additionally, the Liaison will work to enhance engagement and participation in programs supporting physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and staff
- Knowledge of health and wellness principles, with an understanding of exercise physiology concepts
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration and outreach
- Prior experience in managing or coordinating wellness programs preferred
- Proficiency in identifying resources and making appropriate referrals for health and wellness services
