Job Title: Project Manager (Agile TPM – Data & Cloud Focus)Location: New York, NYWork Type: HybridExperience: 10 yearsEmployment Type: Contract (W2 | C2C)Eligibility: US Citizens & Green Card Holders Only Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Agile Technical Program Manager / Project Manager with strong exposure to data platforms and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of databases, data modeling, big data technologies, and public cloud environments (preferably Google Cloud Platform).This role requires strong technical articulation skills, the ability to partner with engineering and product teams, and experience driving medium-to-high complexity programs in Agile environments. Key Responsibilities: Drive execution of critical programs and work goals across medium-to-high complexity initiatives.Partner with leadership to strategize, track, and facilitate delivery roadmaps.Translate strategic objectives into measurable requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Coordinate Agile implementation roadmaps and ensure adherence to Agile best practices.Support and coach Scrum teams; drive consistency across Agile ceremonies.Orchestrate scope management, delivery management, risk management, and change management activities.Facilitate OKR development, goal alignment, and executive progress reporting.Identify risks and issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement mitigation strategies.Support transition from project-based to product-based delivery models.Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Engineering, and stakeholders to ensure successful execution.Establish governance models and structured engagement frameworks.Support training, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.Develop executive-level presentations and communicate program status effectively.Required Technical Exposure: Knowledge of databases, data modeling, and data management principles.Experience supporting teams working with large-scale data using:HiveSparkPythonKnowledge of public cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).Strong understanding of SDLC and data-driven product environments. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong understanding of Agile delivery principles (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).Experience using Agile project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, etc.).Proven experience managing medium-to-high complexity programs.Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.Ability to influence leaders and drive cross-functional alignment.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Ability to manage multiple initiatives and distributed teams.Strong business acumen and ability to navigate complex organizational environments.Additional Qualifications: Experience delivering executive-level presentations.Strong facilitation and organizational skills.Ability to analyze dependencies, identify blockers, and drive solutions.Experience mentoring and guiding teams through Agile maturity.Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
