About the Role:

We are seeking an IT Technical Project Manager – Automation & Analytics to lead initiatives that enhance business processes, improve data systems, and deliver actionable insights. This role will manage end-to-end IT projects and develop workflow automations and analytics solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform and related tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead IT and business automation projects from planning through implementation
  
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define scope, requirements, and deliverables
  
• Develop workflow automations using Power Automate, SharePoint, Lists, and Power Apps
  
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric
  
• Oversee and support database work, ensuring proper design and data integrity (SQL Server)
  
• Apply foundational AI concepts to enhance workflows and data insights
  
• Manage timelines, budgets, status communications, and project risks
  

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 3 years of proven experience managing IT or automation projects
  
• Proficiency in Power BI and Power Automate
  
• Working knowledge of SQL Server and relational database structures
  
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional technical and business teams
  
• Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills
  

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with SharePoint, Lists, Power Apps, or Microsoft Fabric
  
• Understanding of AI concepts for business automation or analytics
  
• Familiarity with business process improvement methodologies
