Los Palos Post Acute Care Center is a Skilled Nursing Facility whose reputation of quality service and outstanding patient care is widely known throughout the South Bay region.
Los Palos has been serving the community for over 50 years providing compassionate and personal care 24 hours a day. We specialize in providing post-acute rehabilitation services on-site to help our residents regain their independence and return to their homes.
