The Children’s Annex Department at the District Office is looking for an Administrative Assistant. Definition: Under direction of the Children’s Annex Department, to plan and organize, schedule and calendar activities and work flow, and coordinate communication in a large, multi-functional department; to interpret and apply knowledge of policies, rules, regulations and procedures, programs and organization to specific situations and issues; and to do other related work as directed. Schedule: 9am-5pm 7.5 Hours 12-month position
