Kitchen Supervisor
As a Kitchen Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our diverse and high-energy kitchen and restaurant outlets. Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of servers, cooks, dishwashers and other kitchen personnel to ensure a high standard of service
- Oversee the day-to-day operations, under the direction of the Executive Chef, of the kitchen.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Minimum of two years of experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory control and cost management
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Familiarity with casino operations is a plus
