As a Food Expeditor, you will play an essential role in ensuring food items are prepared and plated accurately, efficiently and of the highest quality.
Responsibilities
- Communicate orders and information between the front of house and back of house, making sure that food is cooked in the right order, quickly, and presented to the guest in a timely manner
- Responsible to provide prompt, efficient and courteous service while cleaning and setting tables and assisting in providing quality service to guests
- Ensures excellence in guest satisfaction through a commitment to a positive attitude
- Minimum of one year of experience in food-service, on the job training is provided.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of banquet service protocols, event logistics, and catering operations.
