You combine hands-on skills with the ability to guide and support others, ensuring that cleaning and maintenance tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to district standards. You communicate clearly, model professionalism, and take pride in maintaining environments that help students and staff succeed.

As a Lead Custodian, you will be responsible for (but not limited to): -Coordinating and supporting daily custodial operations to ensure efficiency and consistency across all areas of the site. -Performing advanced cleaning and maintenance duties, including floor care, deep cleaning, and special projects. -Inspecting facilities regularly to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance. -Maintaining supply inventories and assisting in ordering cleaning products, tools, and materials as needed. -Assisting with event setup and coordination, ensuring spaces are prepared and restored efficiently. -Reporting facility issues and safety concerns to the Head Custodian or site administrator for resolution. -Modeling a customer service and teamwork mindset, fostering a positive and productive work environment. What you need for this position: -Completion of 12th grade or equivalent -Resume and Letter of Introduction outlining desire and qualifications for this position
