Under the supervision of the Director, the Program Coordinator serves as a key point of contact for students, staff and community members and supports outreach, events, and program/campus initiatives. The Program Coordinator will train, supervise, and evaluate student undergraduate and graduate student assistants in a manner that empowers them to lead their own projects and achieve desired outcomes for the programs they support. By collaborating with campus and community partners, and by contributing to assessment and operational efficiency, the Program Coordinator helps ensure the GenEC remains a vital resource for fostering inclusion, creating safety for all Spartans, and student success.
