Requirements / Qualifications
The Leadership Coach is an experienced and successful administrator who will provide 6-8 hours per month, for two years, of one-on-one coaching with a TCSJ candidate seeking a clear administrative credential. The coach will attend a mandatory four-day training session provided by TCSJ/SJCOE. On-going training will be provided throughout the school year. The coach will complete all documents that provide evidence of their candidate’s progress and collaborate with the candidate and TCSJ leadership to determine when the requirements for a clear administrative credential have been met.
