San Francisco Design is looking for a talented and driven Interior Designer & Design Consultant to join our Park City team.
This is a client-facing design and sales position for someone who loves creating beautiful, functional homes—and enjoys building the relationships that bring those projects to life.
You will guide clients through the complete design experience, from understanding their vision and developing the overall concept to selecting furnishings, presenting solutions, and overseeing the final installation.
Our designers are supported by a dedicated CAD and Revit specialist, allowing you to focus your time and talent on creative direction, client relationships, product selection, presentations, project management, and sales.
What You’ll Do
- Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients
- Learn how clients live, entertain, and use their homes
- Develop cohesive design concepts tailored to each client
- Guide clients through furniture, lighting, rug, material, finish, and accessory selections
- Create compelling presentations that help clients visualize the completed space
- Collaborate with our CAD specialist on floor plans, layouts, and technical drawings
- Prepare proposals and confidently present complete design solutions
- Manage project budgets, timelines, orders, and client expectations
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, delivery teams, and installers
- Oversee installations and ensure every detail meets our standards
- Maintain consistent client communication and follow-up throughout each project
- Develop new business, maintain a strong client base, and achieve sales goals
- Stay current on contemporary furniture, materials, and interior design trends
What We’re Looking For
- A strong eye for contemporary design, proportion, color, and scale
- The ability to create spaces that are both beautiful and functional
- A warm, confident, and professional presence with clients
- Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Sales or customer-service experience and the confidence to guide purchasing decisions
- Excellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- A collaborative attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- A genuine passion for interior design, furniture, and creating exceptional client experiences
A degree in interior design or a related field is preferred, but we also value strong industry experience, demonstrated design ability, and a compelling portfolio.

Schedule
- Full-time
- Eight-hour shifts
- Monday through Friday
Work Location
This is a full-time, in-person position based in our Park City showroom. Candidates may live in Park City, Heber, Salt Lake City, or another surrounding community but must be able to work reliably at the Park City location.
