Interior Design Sales Consultant / Retail Designer
Full-Time or Part-Time | Flexible Schedule | Base Bonus or Commission
We’re looking for someone who loves people, enjoys creating beautiful spaces, and isn’t afraid to ask for the sale.
This position is perfect for someone who may not have extensive technical design experience but has strong people skills, confidence, and a natural ability to build relationships.
You do not need to know everything about design. We can teach design. We’re looking for someone motivated, coachable, and excited to help clients create homes they love.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with retail clients in our showroom
- Build relationships and uncover client needs
- Present furniture and design solutions confidently
- Follow up on opportunities and quotes
- Help clients make decisions with confidence
- Guide projects from first conversation through delivery
- Maintain consistent communication throughout the process
- Contribute to showroom appearance and merchandising
- Self-generate opportunities and build repeat business

Compensation:
