The District is seeking candidates for an Instructional Coordinator assigned to support the Golden State Pathways Program in collaboration with the Office of Graduation and the San Diego Community San Diego Community College District, regional workforce partners, and industry stakeholders. BASIC FUNCTION: Under the general direction of the assigned department or division head, the Instructional Coordinator assigned to support the Golden State Pathways Program will coordinate and provide leadership and direction to site administrators and school teams in one or more areas of curriculum and/ or compliance; evaluate and supervise the work of assigned certificated and classified staff. The Instructional Coordinator position assigned to support the Special Education Compliance Department will play a pivotal role in supporting the Special Education Division’s collaborative efforts to fulfill the District's child-find obligation for parentally placed private school students (PPPSS) within the San Diego Unified School District (SDUSD) boundaries and provide leadership in implementation of a robust integrated system for servicing students in non-public schools. This position will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive, integrated system to support students.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Experience: Any combination of training, experience, and/or education equivalent to a Master’s degree and seven (7) years of TK- 12 teaching experience. Licenses and Other Requirements: Valid California Administrative Services Credential.
