Responsibilities
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours per week, follow up & convert leads!
- Advise borrowers on financial status and available loan options
- Becoming a student of the game and mastering the art of conversion
- Guide customers through the loan application process
- Conduct two open houses weekly
- File loan applications and supporting documents
- Develop referral networks to locate prospects for loans
- Take tracking your metrics, showing up seriously because this is your career, not a hobby!
Qualifications
You are a motivated Loan Officer that is willing to learn and hungry for success! You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones! Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service. You have the desire to not only grow professionally but personal development as well. You're passionate of not only helping others build wealth through estate but for your own family as well!

- Will show up as needed to the office 2 or more days each week
- Learning based & coachable
- High School graduate
- Team player
- 2 years of LO experience (MUST BE LICENSED)
