Responsibilities:
- Originate mortgage loans and guide clients through every step of the process
- Manage inbound leads from our marketing funnels and brokerage partners
- Work within our company-provided CRM to track, follow up, and convert opportunities
- Attend weekly team meetings to stay aligned and connected
- Form relationships with Link real estate agents to create seamless client experiences
- Build your own pipeline and book of business
- Stay compliant with state and federal lending regulations
- Provide top-tier service that builds trust and repeat business
Skills
- Active NMLS license in California (required)
- Strong knowledge of mortgage loan products, guidelines, and regulations
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and growth-driven
- Prior loan origination experience preferred, but not required
Compensation:
Commission-based with competitive splits and no fees.
