We partner with industry-leading telecommunications providers to bring essential telecommunications and wireless services directly to the communities that need them most.
As a Junior Sales & Customer Support Associate, you’ll play a key role in connecting customers with dependable wireless products and services by representing our brand partner.
Junior Sales & Customer Support Associate Responsibilities:
- Represent leading telecommunications brands at live events, retail pop-ups, and local community activations.
- Engage directly with customers to determine eligibility and educate them on wireless plans and services.
- Assess customer needs, recommend tailored solutions, and guide them through the account setup and purchase process.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while building trust and rapport with customers.
- Accurately track campaign activity, including completed sales, customer interactions, and outreach results.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current on products, improve communication skills, and enhance sales techniques.
- Work collaboratively with your team to meet and exceed weekly and monthly performance targets.
- Promptly flag customer concerns or service issues to team leads for follow-up and resolution.
What We’re Looking For in a Junior Sales & Customer Support Associate:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate or bachelor's degree is a plus.
- 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or community outreach is strongly preferred.
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Energetic, goal-oriented, and self-motivated with a team-first mentality.
- Must be comfortable working face-to-face in fast-paced public or retail environments.
- Availability to work full-time hours, including some weekends, based on event schedules.
- Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
