About the Role
We are seeking a relationship-driven, community-focused Business Development Manager to grow and strengthen our referral network across the Greater San Antonio area.
You will serve as the face of our organization, building strategic partnerships with physicians, healthcare providers, schools, and community leaders to increase access to counseling, psychological evaluations, and teletherapy services.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, schools, and community organizations
- Conduct in-person outreach and networking across the Greater San Antonio area
- Educate partners on services including counseling, evaluations, and teletherapy
- Identify and develop new referral opportunities to drive growth
- Represent the organization at events, conferences, and community engagements
- Track outreach activity and referral growth using CRM tools
- Collaborate with leadership and marketing on growth initiatives

Qualifications
Required:
- Experience in business development, healthcare outreach, physician relations, or outside sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory
- Reliable transportation for local travel
- Preferred:
- Experience in behavioral health or healthcare settings
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field
- Experience with CRM systems
