You’ll operate at the intersection of community, operations, and product feedback , ensuring creators experience value and that our product team receives the right insights to enhance Popow’s creator onboarding system.

You’ll operate at the intersection of community, operations, and product feedback , ensuring creators experience value and that our product team receives the right insights to enhance Popow’s creator onboarding system.

What You’ll Do
- Build and manage Popow’s VIP creator community by developing benefit programs, communications, and engagement initiatives.
- Gather structured product feedback from creators to help improve Popow’s creator onboarding and platform experience.
- Serve as the first point of contact for creator inquiries, ensuring issues are documented and translated into actionable insights for the product team.
- Drive operational efficiency by implementing AI tools that automate recurring creator workflows, reporting, and communications.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Growth, and Marketing teams to enhance the overall creator experience and program scalability.
- Stay informed on social platform trends, emerging creators, and cultural moments to proactively identify partnership opportunities.
- Manage campaign timelines, approvals, and asset tracking to ensure flowless execution.
- Assist in the negotiation and execution of creator contracts, ensuring alignment with budget, scope, and deliverables.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in creator partnerships, community operations, or social platform management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong communication and empathy skills with the ability to build trust across creator communities.
- Demonstrated ability to improve efficiency using AI or automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks and reporting.
- Analytical mindset with the curiosity to interpret data and identify trends that inform creator and product strategies.
- Familiarity with TikTok culture and the broader creator ecosystem, with a genuine interest in emerging creator tools and trends.
- Proactive and collaborative learner who thrives in a fast-moving, feedback-rich environment.
- Base Salary: USD 55k – 70k / year
