MISSION
To lead complex enterprise implementation projects by aligning technical execution with business objectives, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery. Act as the primary liaison between clients and cross-functional teams, proactively managing risks, timelines, and stakeholder expectations to drive successful deployments and seamless transitions into long-term client success.
JOB FUNCTIONS
Lead complex Sprinklr implementation projects for US enterprise clients.
Define and execute project plans aligned with technical scope and business objectives.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and act as the main point of contact for clients.
Track project health, manage risks, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
Facilitate executive updates, project committees, and key milestones.
Ensure a smooth transition from implementation to client success and ongoing support.
Support key phases such as kickoffs and go-lives (up to 15% travel, occasional on-site).
SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
Background in CRM platforms such as HubSpot or similar tools
Experience managing enterprise SaaS or CRM implementations.
Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and client communications.
Skilled at translating technical requirements into clear plans and timelines.
Strategic, collaborative mindset with a strong focus on delivery and client satisfaction.
